Its not the actual image that holds the meaning. Its what each viewer perceives in that image that gives it meaning. Sight is subjective and people see different things when their eyes set upon the same device. That's what makes visual arts so unique and refreshing.

Mexican Madness

Just arrived back from a trip to Mexico. Coming home feeling pretty fulfilled by all that part of the world has to offer. Palms, beachies, sun rises, heuvos rancheros, barrels, corona 40's, real people, sun sets, carne asada tacos, lefts, rights, straights, solitude, sandbars, friends to be made, enemies to burn, shaun thompson quotes to laugh about, morning walks up the beach, rivers to cross, water slides to mach down, beatings to take, and then laugh about later while watching clips, many things learned, many things shared. Space Cake Adventures

Last Thursday I wandered into Park Life on Clement st. in the City. Thomas Campbell and Kyle Field are working on an evolving art installation project. Every Thursday for a month or so they are having a musical guest and the space will be ever changing. Come check it out this Thursday at 7pm. Tomorrow Tulips are playing. Yeah!

Skating Without Borders

Came across a spot the other day that just made all the driving around and gas money and all that soooooo worth it. Some real work went down here. Much thanks to all who have put thier blood sweat and tears into it. So many things are still going thru my head about this spot as im writing this. Too much to write down here now. But i will say this...Places like this is what skating is all about.
